GRADING
The test grading for the First Year
Sales and Broker B Exam is based on a multiple
choice Exam on General Real Estate information,
along with a multiple choice Exam based on South
Carolina state laws. The Property Management test
consists of multiple-choice questions on state
specific information. On each portion of all Exams
75% is a passing grade and 74% is failing. Should
you fail any school Exam, we will give ONLY ONE
make-up Exam per section failed. Should you fail any
one make-up Exam you are required to complete the
entire class again. All of this must be completed
within 6 months of original class date or FULL
CHARGES will apply again. All MCE & Broker A classes
are graded on the student participating 100% in all
class activities and attendance for the entire
class. Fortune School may offer courses other than
these mentioned to which these rules may not apply.

any portion of the course. If the school
